LOW-CURRENT SYSTEM
low current system

An ELV system, sometimes known as a low current system, is an engineering framework that uses low voltages to function. It has proved to be incredibly useful in areas and industries where electrical equipment – particularly high voltage equipment – can be hazardous.

Fire Alarm Telephones

Fire alarm telephones are rugged communications devices for emergency use. Enclosed keylocked telephone stations comprise three separately ordered components: the handset assembly, the frontplate, and the wallbox. Depending on how the phones are wired, they are supervised for three or four state operation. Frontplates are available with either metal or break glass insterts. Firefighters’ telephones are typically installed in corridors, lobbies, mechanical rooms, stairways, or other stategic locations

Terrestrial and satellite television

Terrestrial television or over-the-air television (OTA) is a type of television broadcasting in which the signal transmission occurs via radio waves from the terrestrial (Earth-based) transmitter of a TV station to a TV receiver having an antenna. The term terrestrial is more common in Europe and Latin America, while in Canada and the United States it is called over-the-air or simply broadcast.

Satellite television is a service that delivers television programming to viewers by relaying it from a communications satellite orbiting the Earth directly to the viewer’s location. The signals are received via an outdoor parabolic antenna commonly referred to as a satellite dish and a low-noise block downconverter.

Radiofication systems

Radiolocation, also known as radiolocating or radiopositioning, is the process of finding the location of something through the use of radio waves. It generally refers to passive uses, particularly radar—as well as detecting buried cables, water mains, and other public utilities. It is similar to radionavigation, but radiolocation usually refers to passively finding a distant object rather than actively one’s own position.

Security alarm

Security alarm system is a modern security system capable of protecting your property from many adverse situations such as robbery, fire, gas leak. The principle of operation of the system is simple. When one of the sensors is triggered (fire sensor, motion sensor, etc.), a powerful alarm siren turns on, the system starts dialing according to pre-programmed phone numbers and notify about the incident. It is also possible to set up a SMS notification

Security television

Security TV systems are designed to keep you safe and secure, whether you’re at home, in the office or on the go. They can help you keep an eye on your home or office when you’re away, and they can also be used to monitor activity when you’re not around

Access control and management system

An access control and management system is an important security link for businesses and companies. ACS ensures the protection of the premises and buildings from unauthorized intrusion.

The access control and management system (ACS) is a complex of organizational and methodical measures and computer and hardware equipment designed to limit the access of unauthorized persons (or its separate departments) to the facility, as well as control the movement of the company’s employees etc.Installation of ACS in the facility allows to increase the safety level of both the facility and the people there for several times.
Modern access control and management systems effectively solve any level of security issues, implement an alarm about the access of unauthorized persons to the controlled area, and also contribute to the improvement of work discipline, taking into account the working hours of the company’s employees. The main purposes of access control and management systems are:

  • automation of the process of recording the working hours of the company’s employees.
  • automatic verification of the presence of employees at the workplace.
  • immediate blocking of all inputs and outputs in case of alarm activation;
  • control of every movement of visitors in the institution, etc.

Warning and evacuation management

The system of warning and evacuation of people in case of fire is a set of measures and technical means that are subject to a regulated code of practice. The system is urged to notify citizens at the facility in time about the threat of fire and organize their timely evacuation to a safe place. The warning and evacuation management system, which is located at a particular facility, must meet fire safety requirements. The main tasks that the system performs are:

BMS and automation of engineering systems

Buildings today are creating increasing volumes of operational data from Utility Meter Infrastructure, Building Management Systems, Lighting Management, Door Entry systems, and other IoT sensors. However, gathering, logging and analysing this vast amount of data and being able to translate it into actionable insights to optimise your building(s) performance can prove challenging.

We can help you take a strategic approach to maximise the value of your building data. We can deliver a clearer understanding of your building operation, helping you identify key KPIs and set up your processes to harvest the most usable data and uncover the information most valuable to you.
